FOR NEW USERS 

REGISTRATION RULES

To access the apointment system you need to be registered (A one-time process which will take one to two minutes). Please see the registration rules below:

• You can register as an individual or as family account 

• The first registrant from a family will be the 'Account Owner'

• Account owners shall be 18 - 59 years old

• Family members shall be 12 - 59 years old (Access cannot be granted to children or adults aging 60+ years as per MOPH requirements)

• Account owners need to register with:

  • Qatari ID (or passport & valid visa)

  • Valid Email address

  • Valid mobile number (will be verified by SMS through the registration process)

• Family member need to be added with:

  • Qatari ID (or passport & valid visa)

  • Valid Email address OR Valid mobile number (will be verified by SMS through the registration process)

  • You cannot use the same QID / Email / Mobile number more than once. the System will halt the registration process

• Your EHTERAZ app shall be showing GREEN status to be granted access 

• You shall be wearing masks and having your personal hand sanitizing gel / spray

• Please come 15 minutes ahead of time to allow smooth entry process.

FOR REGISTERED USERS

BOOKING RULES

• You can book only one Mass per day 

• Once confirmed the selected seats cannot be changed

• You will receive an SMS & Email for booking confirmation 

• The entry will be granted to registered users with confirmed booking and the number will be limited to the booked seats 

• On the Mass day you shall bring the booking confirmation with you along with:

  • Your Qatari ID (or passport & visa if you have chosen to register with)

  • The Qatari ID (or passport & visa if you have chosen to register with) for each family member

• Your EHTERAZ app shall be showing GREEN status to be granted access 

• You shall be wearing masks and having your personal hand sanitizing gel / spray

• Please come 15 minutes ahead of time to allow smooth entry process
